Hello everyone my name is Christopher Loki Collins and I created this website to not only share my story and journey but to also help others who are also transitioning the best that I can. It is also my mission to try and help with the education process of those who do not know about or have little understanding of the transgender community and our daily struggles in hopes that one day the world will be an even more tolerant place than it already is. 

 Let me start off with introducing myself and sharing my story.

I am 32 years old transitioning from female to male and live in the Salem Oregon area. As of July 29th of this year I will have been on testosterone for three years, and legally male for two years. I am pre-op but working hard at trying to raise funds for top surgery. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy at the age of seven. Epilepsy is a seizure disorder and one which makes it hard for me to work so have been on disability all my life. I originally moved to Oregon from California and my disability amount has lowerd quite a bit. As you all know disability covers livings expenses and not to much else more this of course has and does make it hard to save up the funds needed for me to move on to the next important step in my transition. 

I have been lucky to be blessed with an extremely loving and supportive support group which includes my family and friends. Though I am very happy with the success of my transition on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level there is only one thing that has been keeping me from being complete happy and comfortable in my skin and that would be the financial inability to achieve my goal of top surgery. 

I have recently created a fundraising account on gofundme.com and it is apparent to me that the best way to make my fundraising to be successful is by sharing my story and link with not only my friends and family but other avenues as well. I also have a YouTube page that covers not only my transition, and general life but my performance life when possible. Just another way not only for people to get to know me, but also to help educate others about the transgender community but also to help other FTMs who are starting their transition.
